Ninja Classes

FOR AGES 4 and up, WE HAVE A CLASS FOR EVERYONE beginner or advanced.
OUR CLASSES PROVIDE A FUN AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT TO LEARN NEW SKILLS WHILE PROMOTING FITNESS, SELF-ESTEEM, AND CONFIDENCE. ATHLETES WILL LEARN SHOULDER ROLLS, TRAVERSING ON BARS/RINGS, WORKING ON RUNNING THE WARPED WALL, AND MORE!

XOL COMPETITIVE LEAGUE

The XOL was designed by long time extreme obstacle professionals to introduce children (ages 6-17) of all skill levels to this amazing sport. XOL competitors not only practice teamwork but learn to grow as individual competitors developing a combination of strength, endurance, coordination, agility and balance.

Strength is the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to exert force against resistance and can be developed through activities that challenge the muscles and require them to work against resistance, such as bodyweight exercises and activities using equipment like weights or resistance bands, in an age-appropriate and safe manner.

Speed is the ability to move or react quickly and can be improved through activities that challenge the body to move at faster speeds, such as sprinting, agility drills, and plyometric exercises, in an age-appropriate and safe manner.

Stamina

Stamina is the ability to sustain physical activity or effort over a period of time and can be developed through activities that challenge the body to work for extended periods of time, such as endurance exercises, cardio workouts, and circuit training, in an age-appropriate and safe manner.
