Our kids' ninja program is designed to help children of all fitness levels improve their strength, agility, and endurance through challenging obstacles and activities. This can lead to overall improved physical fitness and healthier habits.

NINJA TEACHES ALL 10 SKILLS OF FITNESS
Strength is the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to exert force against resistance and can be developed through activities that challenge the muscles and require them to work against resistance, such as bodyweight exercises and activities using equipment like weights or resistance bands, in an age-appropriate and safe manner.
Speed is the ability to move or react quickly and can be improved through activities that challenge the body to move at faster speeds, such as sprinting, agility drills, and plyometric exercises, in an age-appropriate and safe manner.
Stamina is the ability to sustain physical activity or effort over a period of time and can be developed through activities that challenge the body to work for extended periods of time, such as endurance exercises, cardio workouts, and circuit training, in an age-appropriate and safe manner.
Cardiovascular fitness is the ability of the heart, lungs, and blood vessels to deliver oxygen and nutrients to the body's cells and tissues and can be improved through activities that increase the heart rate and breathing rate
Endurance is the ability to sustain physical activity or effort over a period of time and can be developed through activities that challenge the body to work for extended periods of time
Power is the ability to produce force quickly and can be improved through activities that involve explosive movements, such as plyometrics, jumping, and throwing
Coordination is the ability to control and execute movements smoothly and accurately and can be improved through activities that challenge the body to move in a coordinated manner, such as balance exercises, agility drills, and sports
